ENZYMES SUPPORT is one of the most powerful mixtures of natural enzymes recognized for their gluten protein cleavage ability. The exclusive blend of “cascade” enzymes helps not only to separate the parts of the gluten protein but also the by-products of this cleavage, thereby avoiding any side effects that protease or peptidase DPP-IV only based formulas may cause.
