Digestive enzymes fight food intolerances

Many people complain physical problems caused by FOOD INTOLERANCE, which is an adverse reaction of the organism towards certain foods.
Unlike what happens in food allergies, this reaction does not depend from the abnormal activation of the immune system with its antibodies but are determined by the inability of the enzymes products from the pancreas to metabolize some components of food products. This involves the fermentation of the undigested food causing toxin formation, abdominal cramps, constipation or diarrhea and meteorism.

A food intolerance is considered as a discomfort triggered by the ingestion of particular foods, too commonly used, such as wheat, dairy products and eggs.
